We cover all trades except ground works which are sub-contracted
We work from our depot at Quevert on the outskirts of Dinan
Our planning office is also at Quevert for meetings and technical details

You benefit from our 'in house' capacity to carry your job right through from the planning stage
to the finished article
The company is part of the local employment force and directly employs its 18 French tradesmen
Direction of the company and communication with you is in English

WELBY sarl is registered with the Chambre des Metiers at Dinan Siret No RCS Dinan 381 680 156
We have the obligatory 10 year insurance cover
We belong to the Federation Francaise de Batiment
We have also continued our membership of the UK Federation of Master Builders
These Memberships give us access to technical information and keep us up to date on new
regulations and matériels
